This was just brought to my attention by my two New York-based Broadway-loving bridesmaids, and I would be remiss if I didn't share it with y'all. Lin-Manuel Miranda, creator of the hit musical In the Heights, got hitched over the holiday weekend and surprised his bride at the reception with a full-cast rendition of To Life (L'Chaim) from Fiddler on the Roof during the toasts. By full-cast I mean pretty much everyone in the wedding party, including the bride's father in a lead role, of course. I'm so impressed! My dad would never have been able to pull that off (not that Jon would have considered such a thing). The bride's reactions are priceless!
